Winter + Co does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged mail once it has left our care.
For our clothing, we understand how tricky it can be to know how a piece will fit before trying it on, and that’s why we offer you a completely risk-free 7 day return policy on all full priced items.
Provided the item is not worn, altered or washed, has the swing tag still attached and is in the original packaging, you may return within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the returned goods are returned and received on time, within the relevant time frame, and sent to us using a viable postal or courier option. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for faulty items for which we are happy to reimburse.

Lots of love and care goes into packaging orders for shipment, and each item is inspected thoroughly before it’s sent.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs/descriptions of the damage. We’ll assess damage on a case-by-case basis and it’s at our discretion to determine whether an item can be returned on the basis of damage. Furthermore, we may refuse a damaged return if you haven’t sent us an email notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.
If your order is deemed as having been damaged in transit, in most cases we will provide you with a replacement or store credit where possible. Your initial item must be returned to us in an un-used condition, including all original tags and packaging.
All return shipping costs are payable by the customer. We recommend that you carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during delivery and consider using tracked or registered mail carrier to track your item for your own peace of mind.
Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your replacement or store credit has been processed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if they don’t meet the conditions above.
No return or exchange on SALE items.
*We’re unable to exchange pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons, so please choose your gems carefully.
For pre order items, please be aware that they may take anywhere between 4-6 weeks to dispatch (plus postage time). These are only our best estimates. This depends on our suppliers and or Australian/International customs shipping delays.
If your order contains in stock pieces, your order will be shipped once all items have arrived. If you want other items sooner, please create separate orders (we have free shipping Australia wide on Jewellery).
Unfortunately, we do not accept responsibility for delays on the Supplier's behalf and do not accept cancellations for any reason or change of minds.
Promo codes are only valid at time of purchase thus, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the codes are attached on the checkout page for the discount to apply. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with another voucher or discount codes.
